It is the sole responsibility of the participant to lodge his/her visa application. Participants who require an entry visa are advised to allow sufficient time for the visa application procedure. Prior to receiving an invitation letter for the conference, participants must register and pay the registration fee. Participants applying for visas are required to contact the Organiser and ask for the invitation and/or warranty letter. The Organizer will issue visa invitation letters no later than four weeks prior to the event date.
All visa expenses will be covered by the participant.
Should the applicant not be granted his/her visa, the conference registration fee will be reimbursed, if he/she provides the Organiser with a certified document from the Embassy proving the unsuccessful visa application and that the application was lodged at least four weeks before the event date.
